Data Deletion & Data Removal
Croudnest respects your right to control your data. This page explains what we store and exactly how to have it deleted.
1. What data we may hold
Depending on how you use the Service, we may hold: your account details (name, email), your connected Instagram account metadata, contact details collected in your conversations, and billing records. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
2. How to request deletion
You can delete your data in any of these ways:
Option A — By email
Send a request to support@croudnest.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and (if relevant) the connected Instagram username. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.
Option B — Disconnect Instagram only
If you only want us to stop accessing your Instagram data, go to Settings → Connections and disconnect your Instagram account, or remove Croudnest from your Instagram/Facebook app settings. This stops further access immediately; to also delete data already stored, use Option A.
3. What happens and when
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days of a verified request.
- Some records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, transaction and tax records), and only for as long as required. We will tell you if this applies.
