Shipping & Delivery Policy

Croudnest provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. This page explains how the Service is delivered.

1. Digital service — no physical goods

Croudnest is delivered entirely electronically. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped. This Policy exists to make our delivery method clear.

2. How and when you get access

• Free plan / free trial: access is provisioned to your account immediately after you sign up.
• Paid Subscriptions: access to paid features is activated immediately, or within a few minutes, of a successful payment. In rare cases, activation may take a little longer while payment is confirmed by our payment partner.

Access is provided online through your Croudnest account at https://croudnest.com — there is no delivery address, courier, or shipping fee.

3. If you don't receive access

If your payment succeeded but your account has not been upgraded within a reasonable time, please contact us with your registered email and transaction details and we will resolve it promptly.
