Can I move from ManyChat to Croudnest easily?
Yes. Connect your Instagram account through Instagram’s own login, recreate your keyword automations (usually a few minutes each) and switch them on. We’re happy to help if you have a lot of them.
Is Croudnest cheaper than ManyChat?
It depends on your audience size. ManyChat is priced by active contacts, so its cost rises as more people message you. Croudnest paid plans are one flat price per account with unlimited DMs and contacts, so the bigger your audience, the bigger the difference.
Does Croudnest do everything ManyChat does?
No. ManyChat covers more channels, offers AI replies and broadcasts, and has a deeper flow builder. Croudnest is Instagram DMs: comments, story replies, Live comments, and keyword DMs, with spaced sends on every plan. A card in the DM can carry an image, a title, and one link. There is no free trial of Plus or Pro. Start on the Free plan instead.
Can I run both while I switch?
We don’t recommend it. Two tools replying to the same comments doubles your sending and looks like spam to Instagram. Move one automation at a time and switch it off in ManyChat first.
