    How does a comment turn into a DM?

    Pick one post or Reel, or every one. Reply only when the comment contains a word you choose, such as GUIDE, or reply to every comment. Croudnest can leave a short public reply under the comment and send your link in the DM. The same builder also runs from a story reply, from a keyword someone messages you, and from comments during a Live.

    Will my replies look like a bot?

    You write every message. On Plus and above, add a few wordings and Croudnest rotates them so the public comments are not identical. Every plan, including Free, spaces the sends out instead of firing them in one burst. Put the link in the DM, not in the public comment. A link under the post is a common reason Instagram limits reach, and Croudnest flags it while you are still editing.

    What kind of Instagram account do I need?

    A professional account: Creator or Business. You can switch a personal account in Instagram settings, at no cost. You then connect through Instagram’s own login. Croudnest never asks for the password.

    What can I do before I pay?

    On Free you can run keyword automations and send a text or a card with an image, a title, and a button. Your home page shows totals only. Plus (₹499 a month, or ₹399 a month billed yearly) removes the 1,000 DM and contact cap, lets you collect an email or phone number, ask for a follow, send a follow-up DM, and see the leads each automation captured. Pro adds stats for each automation and a spreadsheet download of those contacts.

    Is Croudnest safe for my Instagram account?

    Sends go through Meta’s official Instagram API. There is no scraping and no password. Every plan spaces replies out. Plus, Pro, and Enterprise also rotate reply wording and check the flow while you build, for things like a link in a public comment, a shortened URL, or a follow-up that would send after Instagram’s 24-hour window. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
