Does it work with my booking system?
It sends the booking link you paste: your booking page, a form, or a WhatsApp chat. There is no login to your booking software inside Croudnest, and it does not write appointments into a calendar.
Will it reply when we’re closed?
Yes, as long as the automation is live. It answers matching comments, story replies, and DM keywords at any hour. There is no opening-hours switch. If you want silence overnight, turn that automation off.
Can it send our location and timings?
Yes, if you write them into the message. Use a DM keyword such as LOCATION, or a story reply, and put the address, a Maps link, and your hours in the text or on the button. Croudnest does not look up your business listing.
Can it reply to story replies?
Yes. A story-reply automation can answer every reply, or only ones that contain a word such as “price” or “book”, and send the message you wrote.
Can it remind customers about their appointment?
Only as a follow-up DM on Plus and above, and only inside 24 hours of their last message or tap. Croudnest does not read your appointment book. A reminder for a visit later in the week will not send unless the person messages again. The builder warns you if the wait is past that window.
Is it safe for my business account?
Sends use Meta’s official API, and every plan spaces them out. Plus and above rotate the wording and warn you if a public comment contains a link. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
