Which plan is for agencies?
Free, Plus, and Pro are one workspace and one Instagram account. Plus has 2 teammates, Pro has 5. More than one workspace, a custom number of accounts and teammates, stats across those workspaces, and sending new leads to a CRM are on Enterprise. Write to us and we’ll match it to the clients you manage.
Do my clients have to share their Instagram password?
No. Each client connects through Instagram’s own login. Croudnest never sees the password, and your team does not need it either.
Can my team members have their own logins?
Yes. Free is the owner only. Plus adds one teammate (2 people total), Pro adds up to 5, and Enterprise is a custom number. Each person signs in with their own account instead of sharing a password.
Can I see results across all my clients?
On one workspace, Pro shows stats for each automation and a spreadsheet of contacts. Combined stats and a contact download across workspaces are on Enterprise. Plus shows the leads each automation captured, not a cross-client report.
What kind of support do agencies get?
Enterprise includes 24/7 WhatsApp support, plus a review of your automations. Plus and Pro include email and WhatsApp during normal support hours. There isn’t a separate Slack channel.
Is it safe for my clients’ accounts?
Each connected account sends through Meta’s official API, and replies are spaced out on every plan. Plus and above also rotate wording and warn you if a public comment contains a link. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
