Can a comment like “price” send the product link?
Yes. Set the keyword, write the DM, and put the product URL on the button. You can send plain text, or a card with an image, a title, a short line such as the price, and one button. The button opens the URL you enter, usually the product page on your site.
Can each Reel send a different product?
Yes. Make one automation per post, each with its own keyword and link. Or use one automation for every post and Reel, if the reply should be the same. Croudnest does not pull products from your store or send a second set of similar items on its own. You choose the link.
What if they don’t open the link?
On Plus and above you can add a follow-up DM and set how long to wait. Instagram only delivers automated messages within 24 hours of the person’s last action, so the follow-up has to land inside that window. Croudnest warns you while you build if the wait is too long.
Does it work on every post, or only the ones I pick?
Either. Point an automation at one post or Reel, or at all of them. It runs on content published to the connected professional account. It does not replace your ad account, and it does not create the posts.
Can I collect emails or phone numbers for the next drop?
On Plus and above. A step in the chat asks for the detail and checks that an email looks valid. Plus lists the people that automation captured. Pro lets you download them as a spreadsheet. Free does not include this step. Croudnest stores the contacts. It does not send email campaigns.
Is it safe for my brand’s account?
Sends use Meta’s official API, and every plan spaces them out. Plus and above rotate the wording and warn you if a public comment contains a link. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
