Do I need a business account?
A professional account: Creator or Business. Switch in the Instagram app, at no cost, then connect through Instagram’s login. Croudnest does not ask for the password.
Will it reply to every comment when a Reel goes viral?
It replies to comments that match the automation: a word you set, or every comment, on that Reel or on all of them. Sends are spaced out so they do not leave in one spike. Free stops at 1,000 DMs. Plus and above do not have that cap.
Can I send a different link on each post?
Yes. Each automation has its own post, keyword, public reply, and DM. One Reel can send a guide, the next can send a product link. You can also limit an automation to a single post instead of every new one.
Can I collect emails from my audience?
On Plus and above. A step in the DM asks for an email or phone number and checks that the email looks valid. Plus shows the people that automation captured. Pro lets you download that list as a spreadsheet. Free does not include this step.
Does it work on Lives and stories?
Yes, as their own triggers. Live comments work like post comments: a keyword such as JOIN, an optional public reply, and the link in the DM. Story replies can answer any reply, or only ones that contain a word you set.
Is it safe for my account?
Sends use Meta’s official API, and every plan spaces them out. Plus and above also rotate the wording and warn you if the public comment contains a link. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
