Is there a free trial of Plus or Pro?
No. Paid plans do not include a trial. Start on Free without a card, then move to Plus, Pro, or Enterprise when you need the extra features. You are only charged once you choose a paid plan.
What does Free include, and where does it stop?
1,000 DMs, 1,000 contacts, unlimited automations, one Instagram account, and you as the only teammate. You can reply from post and Reel comments, story replies, a keyword in DMs, and Live comments, with a text or a card. Free does not include collecting contact details, asking for a follow, follow-up DMs, or stats for each automation. The home page shows totals only.
When should I choose Plus instead of Pro?
Choose Plus when you want to capture leads: collect an email or phone number, ask someone to follow before they get the link, send a follow-up DM, and see the people each automation captured. DMs and contacts are unlimited, and you can add one teammate. Choose Pro when you also want stats on each automation, a spreadsheet of your contacts, and up to five teammates. The visual flow designer is listed on Pro as coming soon.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. An upgrade applies right away and is pro-rated, so you pay only for the rest of the current period. A downgrade starts when the period you already paid for ends, so you do not lose those days.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. Plus is ₹399 a month (₹4,788 for the year) instead of ₹499. Pro is ₹999 a month (₹11,988 for the year) instead of ₹1,299.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout or in account settings and it is printed on the invoice.
Which protections are on which plan?
Every plan, including Free, sends through Meta’s official API and spaces replies out so they do not leave in one spike. Plus, Pro, and Enterprise also rotate reply wording and check the automation while you build. Enterprise can review your automations with you. No tool can guarantee Instagram will never restrict an account.
